Man convicted for aggravated DUI wanted after skipping trial

TUCSON – An arrest warrant has been issued for Christopher Peil after he failed to show up for his trial in October.
Back on April 1, Peil was stopped by police after he reportedly was seen driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Oracle Road. Police determined Peil had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.275.
He was convicted for aggravated DUI by a jury earlier this month. He was also charged for committing the incident while on parole.
