Man arrested for Oct. 29 sexual assault of 13-year-old in Phoenix

PHOENIX – Phoenix PD said it made an arrest in an Oct. 29 sexual assault case, when a 13-year-old girl was walking with her 8-year-old brother and a man took her and assaulted her.
Stefan Sleeper, 22, was arrested Nov. 16 for the assault.
