Lockdown lifted at Gridley Middle School

TUCSON — Gridley Middle School was on a hard lockdown on Monday after a report of a ‘stranger’ who was on the basketball court.According to Tucson Unified School District spokeswoman Karla Escamilla, school security searched inside and outside the school and determined that the area was clear and lifted the lockdown.
School security will remain on campus as a precaution and classes will continue as normal.
