Local Salvation Army Bell Ringer wants to make a difference

TUCSON – Since 1891, the Salvation Army has used red kettles to collect money to help feed and house the homeless.
There are many bell-ringers around town, but there is one who really stands out this season.
“If it wasn’t for the salvation army hospitality house, I don’t know where I would have been I don’t know what would have happened,” said Rob Carroll.
