Local man is surprised with new running and wheelchair

TUCSON – Friday afternoon at Tucson Hilton, Dalton Wiley received a huge surprise – a new running and wheelchair.The new set of wheels was presented by Dr. Ed Ackerley.
Dalton Wiley grew up playing baseball and was on his school’s swim team. However, when Dalton turned 10-years-old, and after a series of blood tests, Dalton was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, which affects the muscles and nerves and prevents regrowth of muscle tissue.
