Large-scale hazmat event causes evacuations in Douglas

A serious car crash in Douglas has created a large-scale fire and hazmat event and people are asked to avoid until further notice. The Douglas Police and Fire Departments are responding to a two-vehicle accident. One of the vehicles crashed into an 1,800-gallon propane tank and injured those inside the car, according to a news release.
