LA Kings G Jonathan Quick activated from injured reserve

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (AP) — The Los Angeles Kings have activated goalie Jonathan Quick from injured reserve.
The Kings also sent goalie Peter Budaj back to their AHL affiliate in Ontario on Thursday before Los Angeles’ home game against the New York Islanders.
Quick played in the Kings’ season opener, but missed the next five games with a lower-body injury sustained in practice. Jack Campbell played all five games in Los Angeles’ net during Quick’s absence.
