Justice secretary resigns as Puerto Rico turmoil deepens
SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Puerto Rico’s newest justice secretary has resigned in the wake of an investigation targeting the U.S. territory’s governor, who remains under scrutiny.
