Judges to determine if Sen. McSally will hold seat until 2020 election

PHOENIX – Federal appellate judges will decide whether Senator Martha McSally can continue to serve at least through the 2020 election.
The judges decided to rush the case, with a hearing set for November.
Senator McSally was appointed to the seat by Governor Doug Ducey following the death of Senator John McCain.
The November 2020 election will determine who will serve the last two year’s of McCain’s term.
