Judge told to stay away from restaurant where fight occurred

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A not guilty plea has been entered for an Indiana judge facing battery charges stemming from a fight outside an Indianapolis fast-food restaurant in which he and another judge were shot and wounded.
