Judge changes conditions of release for Sophia Richter

TUCSON – A Pima County Superior Court Judge reduced the bail amount for Sophia Richter. Richter’s bail was originally set at $75,000 and has now been reduced to $5,000.
The judge also imposed new guidelines if she posts bond. If Richter posts bond she must live with her mother and check in with Pretrial Services three times a week.
