Jets take Florida edge rusher Polite with third-round pick

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) — The New York Jets have selected Florida edge rusher Jachai Polite with the first of their two third-round picks in the NFL draft.
Polite had 11 sacks in his junior season with the Gators and fills one of the Jets’ biggest needs entering the draft.
