Jesse Owens Park gets major upgrades in Tucson

A park as good as new on the east side of Tucson. Local families can now enjoy the renovations at Jesse Owens Park, after nearly $2 million worth of improvements. "Tucson is  first class place, we deserve first class parks. That's what this is all about," said Ward 2 Council member Paul Cunningham.
