Jaguars fine absent linebacker Smith $88K for missing camp

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Absent linebacker Telvin Smith says the Jacksonville Jaguars fined him $88,650 for missing the team’s mandatory, three-day minicamp this week.
