Italian officers arrested for lockdown abuses, other crimes

MILAN (AP) — Seven Carabinieri officers have been arrested in northern Italy for allegedly helping drug dealers evade the country’s coronavirus lockdown to obtain supplies and for alleged abuses of power such as torturing suspects.
