Is your meal really gluten-free?
More restaurants are offering gluten-free options, but there’s a good chance some of those dishes aren’t as advertised.
Columbia University researchers used a gluten detection device to test over 5,600 menu items from restaurants around the country. They found nearly 1/3 of dishes that advertised gluten-free actually contained gluten. Pizza and pasta were the biggest culprits.
