Interfaith vigil calls for peace, end to hate
TUCSON – On Monday night members of many faiths gathered together to remember the 52 lives lost during a mass shooting in New Zealand.
The vigil was held at the Muslim Community Center near midtown. Jasleen Chhatwal says she felt like she had to be there.
“I’m here to just support our community to make sure people know that there are good people in the world and we stand with everybody who is suffering,” said Chhatwal.
