Illegal Pete's Mexican restaurant coming to Tempe; Tucson opening marred by protests

Controversially named Illegal Pete's, a Colorado-based chain of Mexican restaurants, is opening on Mill Avenue in Tempe before ASU fall classes start. Phoenix welcomed 23 new restaurants in January.
