Honolulu airport ranked third worst in customer satisfaction

HONOLULU (AP) — A customer satisfaction survey of air passengers has ranked Honolulu’s airport as the third worst in North America.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported Tuesday that Daniel K. Inouye International Airport has received the ranking in the J.D. Power 2019 North America Airport Satisfaction Study.
Inouye airport ranks behind New York’s LaGuardia Airport and New Jersey’s Newark Liberty International Airport as the worst among 62 airports.
