Healthy habits drastically reduce dementia risk
Leading a healthy lifestyle is the most effective way to prevent dementia.
That’s according to a new study lead by several researchers and presented at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference.
The research shows people who make healthy choices– like a good diet, exercise, not smoking, light alcohol use and cognitive stimulation– are less likely to develop the disease.
