Harris scores 25, Stephen F. Austin edges Incarnate Word

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Kevon Harris scored 25 points and sank the game-winning free throws with 27 seconds remaining as Stephen F. Austin edged Incarnate Word 74-71 on Saturday, halting a three-game slide in the Southland Conference.
Harris, who surpassed 1,000 career points during the game, broke a 71-71 tie when he was fouled. Shannon Bogues made one of two from the line with two seconds remaining for insurance but Incarnate Word’s final toss didn’t connect as time ran out.
