Gunman seizes bus, holds about 10 hostages in Ukraine

LUTSK, Ukraine (AP) — Authorities say a man has seized a long-distance bus and has taken about 10 hostages in northwestern Ukraine, launching a more than 12-hour standoff with police. He later agreed to release three of the hostages, including a pregnant woman. Officers sealed off the streets near the bus in  the center of Lutsk, a city 400 kilometers (250 miles) west of Kyiv, on Tuesday morning. The assailant is armed and carrying explosives, they said in a Facebook statement. Negoti
