Groundbreaking on phase two of La Cholla Blvd. improvement project

ORO VALLEY – The Town of Oro Valley held a groundbreaking ceremony for phase two of the La Cholla Boulevard Improvement Project on Wednesday, October 24.
The ceremony had representatives from the Town of Oro Valley, Pima County, and the Regional Transportation Authority to celebrate the start of the roadway construction.
The project is part of the 2006 voter-approved plan. It was funded by a countywide half-cent sales tax.
