Gov. McMaster: There is 'enormous resistance' to transparency from 'rogue' Santee Cooper

After appointing an interim leader for the state's troubled utility following the failure of the V.C. Summer nuclear plant last year, Governor Henry McMaster says the state utility has acted in a "revolving disaster of accountability' when it comes to transparency in how the utility was being run.
