Florida gov appeals judge’s ruling on felon voting rights

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Florida’s Republican governor has filed an appeal in a bid to lift a federal judge’s order allowing some felons to regain voting rights despite failing to settle unpaid fines and other legal debts.
