Flash Flood Watch issued for Wednesday

TUCSON – In advance of scattered storms returning, the National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch.
This Flash Flood Watch is in effect Wednesday from 11 AM until 11 PM for all of southern Arizona. Cities under a Flash Flood Watch include Tucson, Nogales, Sierra Vista, Douglas, Safford, Oracle and surrounding areas.
A Flash Flood Watch means conditions will be favorable for any thunderstorm to produce 1″ rain or more in a short amount of time.
