Feds seize nearly $300K worth of fentanyl

TUCSON – Federal authorities have arrested a Phoenix man, who is accused of smuggling fentanyl through the U.S.-Mexico border.
Customs and Border Protection officers arrested the man last Sunday, after seizing more than 21 pounds of suspected fentanyl from him at Port of Lukeville.
Officers said the 25-year-old was in a Ford SUV, and was coming back into the United States from Mexico.
A CBP canine alerted to the vehicle, and officers said they found multiple packages inside the motor area
