Federal judge rules Trump’s asylum ban illegal

A federal judge has ruled president trump’s asylum ban is illegal.
The ban aimed to temporarily bar migrants who illegally cross into the U.S. through the southern border from seeking asylum outside official ports of entry.
District Judge Randolph moss determined Friday the policy is a violation of the immigration and nationality act.
The ban was already on hold because of a nationwide injunction from a California court — an order which was upheld by the supreme court.
