Elfrida man arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor

The Sierra Vista Police Department arrested an Elfrida man for sexual exploitation of a minor, following an investigation stemming from an Aug. 23 report that he was viewing illicit photos at the Sierra Vista Public Library.
