TUCSON (KVOA) – El Rio Foundation is celebrating its 50th anniversary.El Rio’s first health center opened back in 1970 in Tucson.Today, the foundation is preparing to open another location. The foundation purchased a vacant Wells Fargo building on Grant and Dodge.The foundation is not receiving federal funds for this site. They are looking for donations to complete some major renovations
