Eight months after son’s death, a mother seeks closure

TUCSON- Michelle Arbizo says her late son Dominic Romero lived life to the fullest with a smile on his face.
“He was one of a kind, he was one of a kind,”  Arbizo said.
Just after midnight on Jan. 4, 2019, Dominic’s 20th birthday, he texted a thank you to his mom.
