Egypt, Sudan: Ethiopia won’t fill disputed dam before accord

CAIRO (AP) — Sudan and Egypt say they have agreed with Ethiopia that no country will take unilateral action in the dispute over Ethiopia’s new hydroelectric dam on the Blue Nile next month.
