Dugger scores 5 TDs and Davidson runs over Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Wesley Dugger scored five rushing touchdowns, all within 5 yards or less, and Davidson defeated Jacksonville 49-19 on Saturday.
Dugger now owns the program record for rushing touchdowns with 37 and passed John Leverett and Ray Sinclair. Dugger’s 193 rushing yards gives him 2,940 for his career and moved him into third place all time ahead of Eric Ferguson. Leverett (3,165) and Sinclair (3,085) are within the junior’s reach.
