Ducey orders flags lowered in remembrance of 9/11 victims

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff in remembrance of the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks 17 years ago on the East Coast.
