Drivers involved in fatal Causeway crash identified, woman charged with 3rd DWI

Causeway Bridge officials identified a driver killed in a crash Thursday morning as James Blackmond, 37, from Mississippi. His passenger, Kelly Johnson, was taken to East Jefferson Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
