Driver left with life-threatening injuries after attempting to flee traffic stop

TUCSON— One person has been taken to the hospital with life-threatening
injuries after they attempted to flee a traffic stop and crashed just west of
the interstate.
Pima County Sheriff’s say at around 12:40 a.m. Sunday,
deputies attempted to make a traffic stop on Interstate 19, exiting the freeway
at Valencia road.
The vehicle did not stop and fled southbound on Interstate
