Driver involved in fatal collision identified

TUCSON – A driver that was involved in a collision after failing to stop for a red traffic signal near E. 22nd St. and S. Alvernon Way died on Saturday, according to Tucson Police Department’s Traffic Investigations Unit.
Keith Russell Reed, 51, was allegedly impaired at the time of the collision, according to a DUI officer.
