Docs: Robert Indiana had $13M in bank as house crumbled

ROCKLAND, Maine (AP) — Court documents indicate pop artist Robert Indiana had $13 million in the bank even as his house sank into disrepair before his death.
Documents filed Wednesday by Indiana’s estate allege that aide Jamie Thomas was not a selfless caregiver. It contends Thomas “improperly lined his pockets,” claimed as gifts more than 100 of Indiana’s works, and allowed Indiana to live in “squalor and filth.”
