DHS Secretary signs joint declaration on Border Security Cooperation with Cypriot Foreign Affairs Minister

WASHINGTON, D.C. (KVOA) - On Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that acting DHS Secretary Chad F. Wolf signed a joint declaration on border security cooperation and management with Cypriot Foreign Affairs Minister, Nikos Christodoulides.
