Detention, preliminary hearing scheduled for Ryan Schlesinger

TUCSON –The man accused of shooting and killing a Deputy U.S Marshal is set to have a detention and preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
Officials say, Ryan Schlesinger, 26, killed 41-year-old Deputy U.S. Marshal Chase White while he was serving a felony warrant.  Schlesinger was wanted for stalking a Tucson police sergeant.
White was a married father of four children from Peoria, Illinois. He was also a 3-year veteran of the U.S. Marshals Service assigned to the District of Arizona.
