Deputy: Man killed after ramming tractor into patrol car

ASHEBORO, N.C. (AP) — A deputy in North Carolina fatally shot a man he says rammed a tractor into his patrol car three times, nearly rolling it.
News outlets report the Randolph County deputy saw the man driving the tractor erratically Tuesday morning.
