DeMorat with 3 TDs as Fordham edges Richmond 23-16

BRONX, N.Y. (AP) — Tim DeMorat threw for two touchdowns and ran for another score as Fordham edged Richmond 23-16 on Saturday.
Fordham trailed 13-10 late in the third quarter when DeMorat capped a 75-yard drive with a short touchdown throw to Fotis Kokosioulis with 3:30 left. The Rams (2-3) missed the extra-point try, leaving them with a 16-13 lead. DeMorat closed out the quarter with a 3-yard scoring run to make it 23-13.
