Dartmouth College announces plan to fight sexual misconduct

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Dartmouth College has announced a series of policies aimed at creating a learning environment that is free of sexual harassment and abuse of power.
Dartmouth President Philip Hanlon said Thursday that the policy will include an outside review of all departments, revising its sexual misconduct policy, and establishing mandatory training on Title IX, the federal law barring gender discrimination among other changes.
