Damaged guard rails keeps catalina highway closed

MOUNT LEMMON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Catalina Highway has been shut down due to lingering damage from the Bighorn Fire.
Business owners on Mount. Lemmon said this closure just adds to the list of problems they have already had to deal with.First, small businesses had to shut their doors because of COVID-19. Then the businesses were forced to evacuate because of the Bighorn Fire.On July 23, the Bighorn Fire is 100 percent contained.
