Court docs: Man arrested in fatal crash ‘did not know what he hit’

TUCSON – A man was arrested Saturday night after a fatal motorcycle collision.
According to new court documents, 69-year-old Thomas Waites saw a single headlight in his lane and “something came through his windshield.” Records say he “did not know what it was.”
