TUCSON (KVOA) - The Arizona Supreme Court heard oral arguments earlier this year in a case related to Christopher Clements with Chief Justice Brutinel filing the opinion of the court.Clements is accused of killing 6-year-old Isabel Celis and 13-year-old Maribel Gonzales.Wednesday's opinion was on phone calls Clements made from the Maricopa County Jail to an attorney and whether they can be used as evidence or if they fall under attorney-client privilege.
