Citywide Prayer Gathering held in Tucson Saturday night

TUCSON — The event known as the Citywide Prayer Gathering took place last night in Tucson.
People came together at the Reid Park band shell to participate in the event.
Event organizers say those at the gathering were able to enjoy a spoken word artist, a dance team, live music, and more.
Organizers say the event was to motivate people to make prayer a part of their everyday lives.
Last year, the Citywide Prayer Gathering had about 800 people attend.
