City restricts access before decision in Breonna Taylor case
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Police in Louisville, Kentucky, are restricting access to downtown in preparation for the state attorney general’s announcement about whether he’ll charge officers in Breonna Taylor’s shooting death.
