City of Tucson concludes sandbag distribution this week

TUCSON – With Tucson’s monsoon season coming to an end, the City of Tucson Transportation Department’s Operation Splash Sandbag will be concluding as well.
Operation Splash Sandbag is a program that has been going on for the past four years now. Taking place at the Tucson Rodeo Grounds and Hi Corbett Field, people can come and pick up pre-filled sandbags, or fill there own to help combat the monsoons.
