Good sleep habits as a child may help that kid become a slimmer teenager.Researchers from Penn State University surveyed the parents of over 2,000 children. They discovered that kids without a bedtime routine by age 9 had a higher body mass index (BMI), when they were 15,than those with regular bedtimes.
Experts say consistent bedtimes for kids are impportant, even if they don’t fall asleep right away.
